Elise Ganem
CEO.
Elise Ganem, CEO. Passionate about geopolitics and diplomacy, Elise started her career at the United Nations, in New York and then in Ethiopia. For more than 15 years, she has pursued her career in France in the world of social protection, first in the public sector and then in the private sector, always with the international dimension in mind. Convinced that mental health is a major issue for the years to come, she decided to join the Eutelmed team in 2022. As CEO, she is in charge of the general management, the definition of the strategy and the development of the company.
Elise is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Aix-en-Provence, has a DESS in International Administration from the Sorbonne and a degree in Comp&Ben from the University of Paris II.
Antoine Abadie
Finance and Business Development Director, co-founder.
Antoine has a background in business creation, development and management in the IT and healthcare sectors. His encounter with Dr Bernard Astruc and Chrystel, and their shared conviction that digital technology would play an increasingly important role in the field of mental health, led to the creation of Eutelmed in 2010.
Antoine is Director of Finance and Business Development. As Chairman, he bears legal responsibility for the company’s activities and manages relations with shareholders.
Chrystel Chaudot
Quality of Work Life Director, co-founder.
Holder of a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, Chrystel worked for 10 years in hospitals, psychiatry and addictology. She then turned to corporate consultancy in psychosocial risk prevention and quality of life at work, while maintaining a freelance practice in Paris.
Chrystel co-founded Eutelmed in 2010 with Antoine and Dr Bernard Astruc. She develops quality of working life and psychosocial risk prevention programmes, and coordinates the teams working with our clients. She is also involved in the company’s strategy and development.
Marie-Laure Bry
Medical Director
General practitioner with a qualification in addictology and general psychiatry, Marie-Laure has more than 20 years of experience, including 12 years spent in Asia. She has worked in various sectors: hospitals, private practice, humanitarian aid, start-ups… and has joined Eutelmed as Medical Director. She also has a clinical practice.
Hugolin Roy
Product Manager.
With a well-rounded profile, and after obtaining a Master in business and marketing, Hugolin worked for several years in the development of a photography studio in the centre of Paris. Curious and a jack-of-all-trades, he has acquired much knowledge through his varied experiences in different fields, with a particular attraction for digital products.
At Eutelmed, Hugolin is responsible for the link between the business teams, our clients and the technical teams to offer the best possible user experience on our digital platform.
Emilie Thomas-Tait
Operational Coordinator, Customer Success & Communication.
Emilie has developed her experience and skills in various sectors both abroad and in France: banking, education, civil aviation and real estate. In 2016, she moved to Paris and joined the Eutelmed team as an administrative assistant. Her role gradually expanded to include managing the network of over 350 consultants and global communications.
At the end of 2023, she will move into an operational role and the new Customer Success division, with the aim of guaranteeing the best possible experience for our users and clients. She will also retain her role in communications.
Caroline Marquer
Doctor in psychology, Clinical psychologist PhD, Senior Project manager.
Caroline holds a a Doctorate in psychology, a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and a diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This career path has enabled her to combine clinical and research work, specialising in the prevention and management of psychosocial and psychological risks. She was also involved in the coordination of humanitarian programmes for 10 years.
Caroline joined Eutelmed in 2019. She is responsible for the hotlines within the risk prevention and management department. She also assists companies on complex issues such as crisis management (individual and collective) and psychosocial risk prevention strategy at international level.
Audrey Clervil Decoeur
Administrative Sales Manager.
Audrey started working in sales administration after studying communication. She has worked in different sectors such as drug distribution, tourist tax exemption and construction before joining Eutelmed.
She is now in charge of sales administration and customer relationship optimisation within the group. She also supports the implementation of internal processes by focusing on continuous improvement and administrative support for the teams.
Thomas Briois
Sales Engineer.
Passionate about History, Thomas first embarked on a literary path which led him to a Master’s degree in history at the Université de la Sorbonne before moving into the insurance field as a recruitment officer with MACSF. After a brief stay in the United Kingdom, he specialised in international personal insurance, working for various consulting firms where he held legal and commercial positions.
His eagerness for new encounters, curiosity and a desire to add value to his role naturally led him to join Eutelmed, where he is in charge of the development and promotion of services to our clients and partners.
Marie Worcel-Johnson
Clinical psychologist, Project manager.
A graduate of the Ecole des Psychologues Praticiens, Marie worked in a psychiatric establishment for adults before joining Eutelmed in 2019 and then spending 2 years on humanitarian missions. She will return to Eutelmed at the end of 2023 to support our in-house team. Marie provides clinical training and supervision for the helpline teams. She also monitors processes and teams of psychologists for our partners humanitarian organisations.
In addition to this, she supports clients in deploying prevention solutions and also intervenes in sensitive situations (collective and individual crisis management). Finally, she is involved in training activities.
Albane Giacon
Occupational Psychologist, Project Manager.
Albane is an occupational psychologist and psychotherapist. A former HR manager, she lived abroad for 13 years where she started as a consultant for expatriates and companies. Trained in psychotherapy, she continues to work in private practice.
Project manager at Eutelmed since 2020, she assists and advises major accounts in the management and prevention of psychosocial risks and the development of wellbeing at work in France and abroad.
Patricia Ncube
Clinical psychologist, project manager.
After a degree in sociology and a Master’s 2 in clinical psychology, Patricia broadened her experience in various organisations and services: the Red Cross, ethnopsychiatry service, UNAFAM family counselling service. Patricia joined Eutelmed in 2019 as a psychologist on our listening lines and clinical trainer for the teams. She also produces and runs many of our psycho-educational contents.
Florence Ripoll-Diot
Human resources.
Florence has been helping companies with their overall human resources management for over 30 years. She joined our team in 2021 to set up and develop human resources at Eutelmed: recruitment, administrative management, skills development, social relations, etc.
Ambre Denis
Network Manager.
With a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, Ambre began her career as an assistant director and production manager in the film industry. In 2019, she joins Eutelmed as an operational coordinator, putting to good use her skills in project management and team coordination.
Strongly invested in the prevention of social risks and crisis situations, Ambre has coordinated crucial missions with our helplines and project managers, drawing on her background in clinical psychology.
Today, as network manager, Ambre oversees the network of 400 consultants, ensuring effective communication and coordinating activities to guarantee optimum management of resources and assignments.
Marys Bakker
Clinical Psychologist, Project Manager.
Marys is a clinical psychologist specialising in behavioural and cognitive therapies. After a career in neuropsychological research, she turned to clinical work. She has worked in the Netherlands and France, and is now based in Costa Rica.
Her collaboration with Eutelmed began in 2010. Her experience with expatriates, scientific way of thinking and a passion for occupational psychology led her to specialise in the support of organisations, the prevention of psychosocial risks and international crisis management. Marys is currently a project manager and crisis manager.
Baptiste Aphecetche
Product Manager.
Baptiste has well-rounded business experience with a focus on products and data. He has a Master’s degree in business management from the Catholic University of Lille. He joined Eutelmed in 2021 and is involved in developing our CARING BY EUTELMEDTM platform and supports the deployment of our services to our clients.
